IOZ

I've meant to color a lot of my drawings over the years. I finally got around to this one.

Ioz is a massive space-faring being. He is capable of harnessing the arcane energy from the sphere attached to the end of his tail, which almost seems to be his lifeline from which a body may have grown. His origins and the ultimate sum of his powers are difficult to determine. Those who take an interest in his existence find it difficult to put a scientific explanation behind it; a few even believe him to be some sort of god. Ioz himself would say otherwise if given the chance, but even he would not know how to describe himself. He is no scientist or omnipotent creature - he is simply a being who exists in space, and has always been so. However, Ioz does seem to understand the universe and its most complicated, mysterious forces like nothing else, although he would find it difficult to convey his understandings to other beings through words, were they ever to ask. Despite never living among them, Ioz takes an interest in observing planetary beings from afar, but his knowledge of their societies is little more than imagination and speculation. Whether others like Ioz exist in the farthest regions of deep space is yet to be discovered; until such an event occurs or further information about his existence comes to light, Ioz seems to be a living anomaly.
